User Access


The User Access option is used to grant or to restrict access to the company to specific users. When you create a company all users are granted access by default and when you create a new user they are granted access to all companies by default. Therefore this option in Company Preferences is used primarily to deny specific users access to a particular company.


To restrict a user from being able to access the company's information you simply untick the box next to their name. If you later want to give them access to the company you use this option again and tick the box next to their name.
