How do I order Avanti?

Our focus is on helping customers achieve success with Avanti and we therefore limit the number of new customers we bring onboard each month. How is Avanti licensed?

Avanti is licensed on a subscription basis. You pay an affordable recurring fee for on-going use of Avanti and receive software updates and email support for the lifetime of your subscription. Your subscription also includes access to an accountant copy of the software for your accountant to use on your behalf.

Is the subscription paid monthly or annually?

If you choose the On-Premise option the subscription cost is paid annually. If you are looking at the Cloud-hosted option you can pay monthly or annually, if you pay annually we give a 10% discount. Whether you pay monthly or annually all subscriptions are for a minimum term of 12 months.

What happens when the subscription is due for renewal?

When you subscribe to Avanti you set up a recurring payment and your subscription is renewed automatically on each anniversary of your original subscription.

Is it easy to cancel the subscription if I want to?

Yes, simply send an email with your cancellation request. Your subscription runs for 1 year and your Avanti software will operate until the expiry of your current subscription period. We do require that you notify us by email of your cancellation at least 14 days before your subscription is due for renewal.

What support is available when I subscribe to Avanti?

We provide an email-based support service for Avanti where you can ask any question you want and our UK-based team will provide an answer as quickly as possible. You also have access to our online Knowledgebase. See our Support pages for details.

How many users do I need to buy?

The number of users you need is based on the number of people who will access the system at some point. Each person who is to be given access to the system will need their own named user account. This applies whether you are using the system On-Premise or in the Cloud. It is not based on a maxmimum number of users estimated to be using the system simultaneously and it is not based on the number of computers you may access the software from. For example if you have 5 team members who will need access to the software at some point, even if you estimate that only 3 will need access to the system at any one time and that it will be used on as many as 10 different computers/devices at some point, you will need to purchase 5 users, one for each person. Each user has access to the system on one computer/device at a time.

How many PCs can it be used on?

For on-premise there is no limit to the number of PCs you can install the software on. For cloud there is no limit to the number of computers/devices you can access it from. It is limited only by the number of people you have with your subscription with each named user allowed to access the system on one computer or device at a time.
